We have heard of..

Apple juice as an anti-oxidant.
Pure orange juice with its ‘juicy bits’ helps relieve constipation.
Cranberry juice combats urinary infection. It however interacts with warfarin, hence consumption is avoided.
Similarly, grapefruit juice is not good friends with psychiatric medications.

What about Goji Juice?

Goji berries are grown in the mountains of Himalaya. As you can see, it looks a bit like cherries but really its texture is very much like raisins. It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for over 6 centuries because of its vast therapeutic effects. US celebrities like Madonna and Mischa Barton have hopped into the crazy bandwagon of Goji Berries but I am sure that my fellow countrymen who eats ‘kei-chee’ as a regular food item, will think of this enormous attention to Goji berries products as amusing.

Still, if you fancy a taste.. make your way to the nearest health food store or if you’d prefer, order online.

Don’t forget to enjoy a glass of sky juice to clean the system.
