We’ve got a few more days before Ramadhan starts. its time to wean myself off caffeine!!
I forgot to do that for puasa last year and had chills and all sort of withdrawal reactions on the 1st day of Ramadhan. I was a caffeine addict stopping cold turkey – whadya expect. My condition was so bad and a tad pathetic that I had to switch my cooking shift for Iftar with another housemate.
I remembered coming home from a tutorial in hospital when the shivers kicked in. I felt hollow inside and the chills keep on coming from head to toe. Walking up the stairs to Jets room was too much of an effort but because I needed some sympathy (I know, over giller..) , I crawled my way up the stairs like Ju-On.
Drama kan? Biasalah.. diva.
He he ….. cute!
now i started drinking decaff kopi
its working!!
less palpitation and less urinating too!!

but id rather cut down caffeine than drink decaf.. muahahaha
Although Americans aren’t the world’s biggest per-capita caffeine fiends, we’re not exactly teetotalers. Research by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the American Medical Association (AMA) has led these groups to consider 300 milligrams (about two cups of coffee) the upper limit of a moderate daily dose. But roughly 20 percent to 30 percent of Americans consume more than 600 milligrams — considered a high dose of the drug — on a typical day . If you consume more than four cups of coffee a day, you’re probably among that number.^
